No large bags, suitcases, or umbrellas are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin backpacks are allowed inside.

For the enjoyment of all the visitors in the museum, some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this case your guide will provide information about these places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge if you notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour. There are no refunds on cancellations made within 72 hours before the tour starts.
